Evan's NICU follow up went fairly well. He wowed the girls with how big he's gotten and how well he's walking. They were pleased that he is so curious and active. We were sent home with an article about food aversions (we still have those texture issues), speech patterns in children 18 months to two years, and instructions to return in early December.
Oh yes, and a referral for speech therapy.
So I called our Early Intervention caseworker to see if I could get Evan in to see a speech pathologist. She'll call me back in the morning and we'll try to set up an evaluation. I'll keep you posted on what happens there.
